Upstairs Paradise

A sloped backyard in the Oakland Hills is transformed by regrading the landscape into a terraced private retreat.  More space was created at the lower terrace for dining and gathering areas while the upstairs terrace becomes a lush destination for lounging, recreation and relaxing.
